A VERY AUSPICIOUS NIGHT FOR MEDITATION
(Gold coin donation event)
Mahashivaratri is a very auspicious day and particularly a very auspicious night for meditation. That night is the one time of the year when the moon has the least effect on our minds. It is traditional to keep a vigil during the whole night.
So after the 6pm class you are invited to stay for a half a hour meditation and cup of tea. Anyone can attend this meditation for free. Invite whomever you want to join as after class.
FOR THOSE WHO WILL ATTEND ONLY THE MEDITATION: please be at 5 Buller St (Gladstone Community Hub) at 6″30pm for a 6:45pm start, and use the gate in the car park to enter the class. I will open the class door once the yoga practice is over (after relaxation).
FOR THOSE WHO NEED TO LEAVE DURING THE MEDITATION The door will remain open for those who cannot stay for the whole meditation session and want to leave earlier.
Love and light
