I would highly recommend this unit of study for all who have the desire to understand the joy that yoga practice brings to ones life and beyond.
I have participated in both workshops & classes taught by Gabriela since 2009. She is a highly skilled, perceptive & empathetic teacher, a fine person with a wonderful sense of humour!
Yoga with Gabbi has been a blessing. My stress levels are certainly much better because of yoga and learning how to breath.
Gabbi caters for all the varying levels of her students…..she is a true inspiration!
Weekly yoga practice with Gabi always brings clarity and calm however, she has also taught me the importance of slowing down, focusing on my breathing and honouring how my body is feeling on any given day.
With her beautiful, unique and serene way, yoga with Gabi is so much more than just a series of poses.
Anyone interested in trying yoga for the first time or just to reconnect will not be disappointed with Gabi’s classes. Gabi is a very switched on yoga teacher who shows great passion and dedication to her craft. No two classes are ever the same, she is always mixing it up brilliantly to keep it interesting.
She always makes herself available for questions and always has the answers for any concerns.
With a solid knowledge of anatomy she can pinpoint any problems.

I would like to recommend private classes with Gabi to everyone I know because it has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
Personally I have anxiety and body confidence issues, as well as a few health issues, which means that I find it hard to do get out and do the exercise that I want to do.
At the beginning of the year I started my yoga journey with Gabi and I haven’t looked back. Private classes were tailored specifically to my needs. We discussed what I wanted to get out of lessons and also how I was feeling each night to work with my physical and mental state on the day. I have found her to be so knowledgeable in being able to work with my abilities, target specific issues each night and also challenge me, which I absolutely love. I have learnt to listen to my body, and been pleasantly surprised with what I can physically do, and be excited about what I can continue to work on and learn. Overall I have found private lessons to be a great way to ease into something new, with a wonderful teacher that listens and instructs with great kindness and skill, in a very comfortable and calming environment.
I had been directed towards yoga by friends and doctors for years but I was always worried I would not be good enough to even begin. Finally my sister and I decided to take the plunge and give it a go and purely by luck we chose to go to one of Gabi’s classes. I LOVED IT!! I now sing the praises of yoga to anyone who will listen. I was sooo far from being fit and so tired after running around after 4 young children that there was no way I could attempt going to the gym or even going for a walk. I love yoga because it is so relaxing and calm and even at my most worn out I can commence a class and still feel the benefits at the end. I have gained more benefits then I ever imagined by going to the classes, obviously the physical but it is amazing how the emotional and spiritual side of things are put to work and I leave feeling cleansed in body, mind and soul. Gabi had been sooo supportive, never pushing you to do more than you can and never judging at the limitations I have. She has such a positive and calming glow that surrounds her and her voice is just beautiful to listen to during class. Yoga is truly one of my favorite things to do and I honestly never imagined saying that!
I am extremely happy to say I’m pain free . When I started at Gladstone Yoga I had been suffering with neck pain every day so taking painkillers everyday . Gabrielle was just amazing and is very concerning for each individual in her class .after a 3 to 4 weeks of yoga I was relieved of my pain . Thank you Gabrielle Namaste
